Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role, located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales goals. Key tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting sales calls or meetings, creating and presenting tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves providing product information, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven experience in meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Effective time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of renewable energy, specifically solar panel systems, is preferred but not required
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field is preferred
• Enthusiasm for sustainability and renewable energy initiatives
