Overview :

Seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager with a strong software engineering or computer science background from premier institutes such as IITs or top B-schools. This role demands technical depth to support development teams, resolve technical challenges, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Guide and support engineering teams on technical issues and project execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.

Drive project planning, tracking, and delivery.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and manage expectations.

Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields from premier institutions.

Proven experience in a TPM or similar technical leadership role.

Strong technical aptitude with software development expertise.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in

fast-paced

environments and manage multiple priorities.

Great communication skills, strong people skills, and excellent stakeholder communication are key.

Strong basic project management, tracking, and ability to provide concise status updates.

Must be a go-getter who takes ownership and works independently to drive results.

Willingness to be flexible with working hours to ensure overlap with US team hours.

Not afraid to quickly learn new technical and operational areas.
