Role & Responsibility :

We’re looking for an experienced Executive to join our Human Resources and Administration team, with major responsibilities as under :

• Recruitment and onboarding : Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies by sourcing, screening and recommending suitable candidates to department manager for open positions to ensure hiring goals are met with best possible talent.
• HR Administration and Compliance : Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases (HRIS), ensuring all practices comply with local labor laws and regulations, and preparing HR reports.
• Reporting : Prepare HR-related reports on metrics like hiring trends, time management and professional development.
• Training and events : Assist in organizing training programs, company events, and employee engagement activities.
• Travel Management - booking flight, hotel & car as and when required
