Role & Responsibilities :
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment for various hiring (IT / Non-IT), utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills and cultural fit
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Managing offer negotiations and facilitating the hiring process
- Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and standards
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools effectively
- Staying updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices
- Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs
- Collaborating with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience as a Recruiter in US StaffingAbility to negotiate and close offers effectivelyProficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficientlyFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsNote : To streamline our recruitment process we have collaborated with Jobringer.com to securely host and manage entire candidate database.
