Punjab Football Club, the pride of North India, has been competing in the Indian Super League since 2023. Established in 2017 and crowned I-League champions in 2022–23, the club is built on the spirit, resilience, and ambition of Punjab's heartland. Our youth development pathway is one of the strongest in the country. Punjab FC's academy holds a five-star (highest) rating in the AIFF Annual Academy Accreditation Programme for 2025–26, and our teams have consistently excelled on the national stage, winning the 2024–25 AIFF Elite Youth League (U-17), 2024–25 AIFF Junior League (U-15), and the 2024 Reliance Foundation Development League. The club was also honoured with the Indian Super League Award for Best Elite Youth Development Program (2024-25).

Role Overview

The Football Director, Punjab FC will provide strategic and operational leadership across the technical and performance functions of the First Team. This role combines deep football expertise with visionary management to ensure player development, coaching excellence, and team success within a sustainable and holistic framework.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technical and performance strategy aligned with Roundglass Sports' mission and vision.
• Lead decision-making across football operations, policies, and programs in response to market dynamics, growth opportunities, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ensure both short- and long-term objectives are strategically financed, resourced, and executed to achieve competitive excellence.
