The role requires strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS) and proficiency in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Source and engage IT candidates across the US.

Build pipelines using LinkedIn RPS and other tools.

Collaborate with recruiters / hiring managers on role requirements.

Screen resumes and assess candidate fit.

Maintain recruitment records and databases.

Qualifications

2–3 years of US IT recruitment / sourcing experience.

Required Skills

Strong LinkedIn RPS expertise.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Skills

Experience with OPT hiring and visa-related recruitment.

Familiarity with ATS systems and Boolean search techniques.
