Job Responsibilities

Front Desk & Business Centre Management

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and tenants professionally.

Manage front desk operations including phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.

Coordinate cabin / seat bookings, virtual office enquiries, and meeting room schedules.

Handle customer check-ins, documentation, and visitor records.

Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of the business centre.

Support clients with administrative requirements.

Social Media & Marketing

Manage company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create engaging posts, reels, and promotional content for the business centre.

Reply to messages, inquiries, and comments promptly.

Assist in online marketing campaigns and promotions.

Coordinate with management for branding and weekly marketing activities.

Key Skills Required

Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Malayalam).

Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email).

Knowledge of social media posting and content creation.

Ability to multitask and handle daily administrative duties.

Prior experience in reception, front office, or marketing preferred.

Qualification

Plus Two / Diploma / Degree (Any Stream)

2years of Experience minimum can apply.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
