Role & Responsibilities :

o Serve as the single point of accountability for all assigned insourcing projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

o Address and resolve any issues arising during the project's progress by collaborating promptly with relevant stakeholders.

o Foster strong relationships with onshore offices and internal stakeholders through regular meetings, while identifying opportunities for further operational migrations.

o Coordinate daily activities and facilitate meetings between clients and MGS officials.

o Document meeting minutes, provide required information, and respond to client inquiries effectively.

o Plan and execute insourcing initiatives in alignment with project objectives, collaborating closely with the service team.

o Organize periodic review meetings with clients and ensure timely provision of necessary information.

o Manage project timelines and provide accurate MIS reporting to both clients and management.

Required Skills :

o Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

o Proficiency in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.

o Strong expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.

o Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.

o Excellent coordination and time management skills.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree.

Experience : Min 7 years of experience in India Banking Operations & Project Management. Certification in Project Management and experience in International Banking will be considered a significant advantage
