Job descriptionLead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development. Partner with managers to identify and develop talent. Drive employee engagement and retention efforts. Manage onboarding / offboarding processes. Facilitate training aligned with organizational goals. Build collaborative relationships across all levels. Communicate HR initiatives clearly and gain buy-in. Coach managers on leadership and employee development. Address employee relations and disciplinary matters with fairness. Optimize organizational structures and processes. Lead change management initiatives. Promote company values and culture. Identify and implement process improvements.
Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Business Partnering :
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units and leadership.
- Translate business goals into HR strategies.
- Guide workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and employee relations.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to HR policies and programs.
