Oracle cloud HCM Functional- US payroll

Experience : 6 to 15Yrs

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 6–7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and reporting.
• Experience with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Payroll implementations.
• Proficiency in configuring Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, or related field.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification (preferred).
