Construction Planning Specialist

Key Purpose of the job :

Responsible for planning and prioritizing activities to ensure maximum productivity, with overall project control of quality, time and cost.

Key Responsibilities :

• Detailed Construction Program preparation including scheduling and tracking.
• Prepare MIS for Work Reports and Cost Reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) and gather data / information to collate into one cohesive report for the Project Coordinator.
• Resource Management – requirement analysis, follow-ups, and determining manpower, equipment, and materials required as per the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and facilitate smooth and timely delivery of drawings and decisions to ensure zero stoppage of construction, while understanding the sequence / workflow of construction activities.
• Analyse delay / shortfall and prepare catch-up plans and develop project-specific planning procedures in line with established company procedures to ensure compliance.
