Role : Inside Sales Team Lead
Salary : 5-6 LPA
Location : Remote
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-energy Tech AI webinars, demos, and sessions to engage and convert learners.
Excel as an individual sales contributor — driving enrollments and hitting targets.
Build strong rapport with learners and maintain a humble, approachable persona.
Grow into team management — mentoring and leading sales associates.
Work closely with leadership to align with company goals and growth.
Background in EdTech
You’ll Thrive If You :
Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales team.
Strong communication skills (Hindi + English).
Excellent MC / emceeing presence with confidence and aura.
Hunger and passion to prove, grow, and become the best.
Balance of team player + individual performer.
People management potential with humility and empathy.
