Corporate Legal Officer - Mumbai

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Corporate Legal Officer to join our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's legal affairs, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing legal support to various departments. This role requires a deep understanding of corporate laws, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
