Legal Officer

Description

• Drafting Resolutions, Notice, Agenda, Minutes of Committees / Board Meetings and General Meetings and other procedural Company Secretarial Documents.
• Preparation and filing of e-forms / Annual Filing Documents on MCA portal
• Basic knowledge of Listed and Public Limited Companies
• Filing of Form FC-GPR and handling other FEMA and RBI compliances
• Co-ordination for obtaining the Director Identification Number (DIN) / Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Directors
• Maintenance of Statutory books and registers
• Other secretarial activities such as issue of shares, increase in Authorised capital, Transfer of shares etc.

Qualification & skills :

Qualifications

Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 1-2 years of experience
