Job descriptionStrong hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP Administration . Good understanding of NAS / SAN protocols – NFS, SMB / CIFS, iSCSI, FCP. Expertise in NetApp AFF / FAS Systems , Snapshot technologies, replication, and backup. Knowledge of Cloud Volumes ONTAP (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a strong plus. Understanding of storage networking, RAID, data protection, and disaster recovery. Prior experience as a trainer or in a mentoring / enablement role is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training (virtual & classroom) on NetApp technologies such as ONTAP, NAS / SAN, NFS / SMB, Storage Management, SnapMirror, SnapVault , etc.
- Create and update course materials, labs, assessments, and training content.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and guide participants through real-world scenarios.
- Customize training based on client requirements.
- Support learners with technical queries, troubleshooting, and labs.
- Stay updated with the latest NetApp products, certifications, and releases.
- Maintain training effectiveness and ensure excellent learner satisfaction scores.
