Role Purpose :

The RSA India, a proud member of Intact family, pricing team supports Personal, Commercial and Specialty Lines Pricing projects across portfolios in UK&I (UK, Ireland, Europe) and North America. Our pricing function is powered by cutting-edge tools and sophisticated analysis. We are committed to crafting meticulously considered business strategies and decisions, leveraging risk modelling, performance monitoring, and engaging in insightful debates with seasoned experts across various sectors.

Pricing forms the nucleus of our operations, and substantial investment has been channeled into state-of-the-art machine learning tools. Additionally, we are dedicated to integrating the latest rating tools seamlessly into our processes, ensuring our international portfolios remain at the forefront of innovation across our industry.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to) :

Portfolio monitoring, Pricing Strategy Implementation and Pricing Sophistication

Developing pricing models to support and inform business decisions

Assisting with the coaching and development of team members

Who would be a right fit :

While we believe there can be no rigid definition of a suitable candidate, we feel some skills and experiences can be indicative of the right fit :

Experience in General Insurance Actuarial work

Strong technical and analytical background

Excellent communication skills and Stakeholder management skills

1 to 7 Years of experience in relevant field
