About this opportunity :

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Business Digital Developer & Analytics Manager to be part of a team of experts within The Group Management System and Group process Management Office, driving global digitalization activities, design, develop, and implement advanced digital and AI-driven solutions to support and transform compliance processes. This individual contributor role requires a hands-on expert in Power Apps, Power BI, automation, and Generative AI tools.

You will work closely with Ericsson Group Management Systems (EGMS) SMEs and EGMS Compliance Managers community, and other business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, build automation and visualization solutions, and enable smarter decision-making through data and AI.

What you will do :

• Enabling the digitalization of our Integrated Management Systems / EGMS.
• Lead the digitalization of back-end compliance : Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), solution (first to drive design, development and deploy, then to manage, to optimize compliance workflows and reporting, documentation, and data validation processes.
• Lead the digitalization agenda of our ISO internal- and external audit / assessments processes going into the future.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and data models using Power BI, including DAX coding, data transformation, and integration with various sources (e.g., SharePoint, SQL, APIs).
• Collaborate with EGMS compliance team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously explore and recommend innovative tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of compliance activities.
• Support EGMS compliance manager community in extensive adoption of Gen AI based tools (e.g. Microsoft Co-Pilot) to achieve efficiency and cope with increased demands - pilot group within Ericsson.
