Role
This hybrid role combines the strategic responsibilities of managing bids and proposals for creative production projects with proactive engagement in junior-level sales activities. This position is ideal for someone passionate about media, advertising, and creative solutions, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Bid Management
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid processes for creative production services (e.g., video, design, animation, digital campaigns).
- Analyze client briefs, RFPs / RFQs, and develop winning strategies aligned with creative and commercial objectives.
- Prepare visually appealing bid documents, storyboards, and presentations that reflect brand aesthetics.
- Maintain a repository of case studies, templates, and pitch decks for future bids.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, timelines, and internal governance processes.
Sales Management
Support sales team in identifying new business opportunities within creative and marketing domains.Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising technologies.Provide insights to help shape sales strategies and campaign offeringsAssist in preparing sales pitches, creative proposals, and client presentations.Participate in client meetings, capture requirements, and follow up on action items.Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, events, and social media initiatives to generate leads.Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and presentation skills.Understanding of media planning, advertising formats (digital, print, broadcast), and creative processes.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Negotiation and relationship-building skills.Preferred Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.1–3 years of experience in sales or account management within media / advertising agencies.Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and advertising metrics is a plus.
