Associate Director (Enterprise Architecture) | 12 to 15 years | Large FMCG Enterprise | Bengaluru

We are hiring an Associate Director – Enterprise Architecture for a leadership role within a large FMCG enterprise undergoing significant digital transformation. This role will shape the organisation’s long-term technology strategy, architectural governance, and enterprise-wide digital initiatives.

What you need :

• 12–15 years of experience in product engineering, application development, or enterprise architecture, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Mandatory experience working with SAP and Salesforce architecture at any stage of your career.
• Solid understanding of cloud and data architecture principles, security frameworks, and scalability considerations.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise value chain, especially Sales and Supply Chain.
• Proven experience driving large-scale digital transformation programmes end-to-end.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), integration frameworks (APIs / Middleware), analytics, and cybersecurity.
• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT or an MBA.
