Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with deep expertise in UK Absence Management . The ideal candidate will specialize in implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, primarily focusing on Core HR and Absence Management , with additional experience in Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security modules being an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business requirements, ensuring alignment with Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
• Configure and implement HCM Cloud modules, primarily focusing on UK Absence Management and Core HR.
• Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and support technical teams in solution realization.
• Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Support clients throughout the project lifecycle — from design and configuration to post-go-live stabilization.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
• Participate in release management activities, including regression testing for new HCM Cloud updates.
• Provide knowledge transfer, end-user training, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless system integrations.
