About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee the production of our road sweeper line and litter picker machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting production plans, managing the production floor, and ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly production plans in collaboration with the team.
• Oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in production and maintain high-quality standards.
• Manage production-related software and tools, including Excel and other relevant systems.
• Conduct daily production meetings, allocate tasks, and monitor job cards.
• Ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders and maintain a well-organized floor.
• Uphold safety standards and drive efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with management and workers to enhance communication and workflow.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve systems and processes for better routing and planning.
