Project Manager

Job Title : Project Manager – BFSI (Wealth & Asset Management)

Location : Mumbai (Hybrid – 3 Days WFO)

Experience : 10–14 Years

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in the BFSI domain , specifically within Wealth and Asset Management . The ideal candidate will lead complex digital and technology programs, ensure disciplined Agile execution, and use JIRA extensively for planning, tracking, and reporting. This role also contributes as a PM Practitioner, supporting internal frameworks, mentoring peers, and participating in PM hiring evaluations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver strategic Wealth / Asset Management projects end-to-end
• Build project plans, risk frameworks & governance structures
• Manage Agile ceremonies and JIRA workflows / dashboards
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, Operations & Business teams
• Mitigate risks and maintain BFSI compliance standards
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to PM best practices
• Participate in interviews to assess PM talent

Requirements :

PMP / CSM / SAFe preferred
