Job Summary

We are looking for a Chinese-speaking professional to support communication, customer engagement, and daily operations with Chinese-speaking clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
• Facilitate communication between Chinese- and English-speaking teams.
• Handle documentation, reporting, scheduling, and operational coordination.
• Translate and localize emails, presentations, and internal materials.
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely, high-quality responses.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare meeting notes, proposals, and operational reports.
