Requirement : Technical Lead (.NET / Cloud).

Job Location : Pune, Baner.

Work from Office, Monday to Friday, 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM.

Experience : 10+ years

Education : IT Graduate

Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using .NET Core and Azure .
• Develop, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs for enterprise-grade applications.
• Drive CI / CD pipelines, ensure smooth DevOps workflows, and collaborate closely with DevOps engineers for automated deployments.
• Lead technical discussions, provide architecture-level inputs, and guide the team on best coding and design practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product, and UI teams to deliver secure and performant solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide robust, scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards, cloud best practices, and security guidelines.
