EdCalibre is an IIM Bangalore–backed EdTech platform with a mission to make students fall in love with Math while building a strong foundation. We transform theoretical Math practice problems for Grades 6-10 into contextualized real world focused applications via stories and guided quizzes. This make Math relevant, engaging and make concepts stick for a long time. We also partner with progressive schools to help them implement National Education Policy 2020–aligned, engaging, and analytics-driven Math practice in classrooms and homework.
Location : Remote (Work-from-home)
Working Hours : 8 hours / day
Salary : ₹18,000 per month
Duration : 4 months

Role Overview :
We are hiring a smart, courteous, and confident Telecaller to reach out to schools, introduce EdCalibre, explain the benefits, and schedule demo meetings with school principals, coordinators, and academic heads. You will be working directly with the founder-led team and will play a key role in school acquisition.
Key Responsibilities :
- Call schools from our database and introduce EdCalibre’s offerings.
- Explain the value of story-based Math learning and NEP-aligned content.
- Speak confidently with principals, coordinators, and math HODs.
- Schedule demo calls and follow up professionally.
- Maintain call logs, lead sheet updates, and appointment schedules.
- Handle objections, answer queries, and communicate key differentiators.
- Ensure daily / weekly target of outreach and demo bookings.
- Post call follow-up via WhatsApp and Emails.
- Represent EdCalibre with courtesy, clarity, and strong communication.
Requirements :
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.Must sound polite, confident, and professional on calls.Strong understanding of sales basics : rapport building, objection handling, and conversion mindset.Ability to understand EdCalibre’s product, competitor differentiation, and school needs.Prior school outreach / telecalling experience is a big asset.Well-organized, disciplined, and capable of meeting weekly goals.Must have a laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection.What You’ll Gain :
