Monday to Friday | 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST

We are looking for a Sourcer to join our Canada Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in speaking and reading French, with a passion for recruitment and talent engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve staffing objectives by identifying and sourcing the right candidates for open and critical roles.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are met.

Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria and assist them through the registration process on the TCS Careers portal.

Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with hiring managers.

Source potential candidates through databases, internal systems, social media, and employee referral programs.

Advertise job openings across career pages, job boards, and social media platforms to attract suitable talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in French (reading and speaking) is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in recruitment / sourcing is an advantage but not mandatory.
