We are looking for a Unit Chef to act as the culinary expert for Catch Spices, focusing on recipe development, product demonstrations, training, and market engagement. The role supports brand building and sales enablement through technical culinary expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing Catch Spices in various cuisines.
- Partner with sales teams during customer visits and provide product support.
- Deliver training sessions to sales teams, distributors, and partners.
- Develop innovative and standardized recipes aligned with market trends.
- Organize culinary master classes for Horeca and institutional clients.
- Provide troubleshooting support for product usage and taste-related issues.
- Create culinary content for marketing and digital campaigns .
Candidate Profile :
8–11 years (Graduate) or 5–8 years (MBA) experience in culinary roles, preferably in FMCG or spice applications.Strong knowledge of Indian & global cuisines, spices, and food safety standards.Culinary degree / diploma preferred.Excellent presentation & communication skills;willingness to travel extensively.
