Role : Recruiter – RPO (US Client)
About the Role
You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Sales, GTM, Key Account Management (KAM), and high-volume hiring roles for SaaS-based companies. This includes sourcing, screening, coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring for Sales, GTM, KAM, and bulk hiring roles across SaaS environments
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a strong candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role expectations, GTM structure, and hiring needs
- Source talent using multiple channels—job boards, social platforms, sourcing tools, and referrals
- Track hiring metrics, maintain dashboards, and ensure compliance with SLAs
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination throughout the process
- Support pre-boarding and onboarding activities as required
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically in Sales, GTM, KAM, and bulk hiringPrior experience hiring for SaaS-based companies (inside sales, AE, SDR, BDR, AM, KAM, GTM roles preferred)Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitmentUnderstanding of sourcing strategies, assessment methods, and SaaS / GTM role nuancesExperience using HRIS / ATS / recruitment platformsExcellent communication, strong ownership, and problem-solving skills
