Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the SAP recruitment team to deliver exceptional talent acquisition services across the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans that align with business goals and support organizational growth.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on best recruitment practices.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and make informed decisions.
- Develop and promote an employer branding strategy that attracts top SAP talent in a competitive market.
- Oversee the candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging journey.
- Mentor and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on SAP and IT recruitment.Proven leadership experience managing a recruitment team and driving successful hiring initiatives.Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices, particularly in the SAP sector.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.Experience utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.Benefits
