At the same time, you’ll be playing a vital role in our engineering process, and you’ll be often invited for code and architectural reviews.
We work with AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, GitLab CI / CD, Terraform, PHP, Python, JavaScript, MySQL, and MongoDB. But rather then particular tool or product, your general concepts understanding and experience, as well as strong problem-solving skills, and ability to apply existing knowledge to new tools are important. Essential Responsibilities :
- Contact prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads in US and UK markets. The expected activity level for this position is 80 calls per day
- Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and sent to the sales team
- Work closely with Prospects to uncover business needs, and understand pains
- Managing chat to drive prospect leads, answer technical product queries, and handle customer queries.
- Work closely with the sales team
- Follow-up Marketing campaigns, Webinars & Event leads
- Convey summarized key findings from phone conversations with the Field Marketing team to help refine marketing communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or master's degreeExceptional communication skills- both written and verbal- and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects and internal teams1-5 years of experience in lead generation or sales roles.Experience in selling IT / Cloud-based products / Backup / Security-based products.Ability to quickly learn and manage multiple priorities and projectsGo-getter, or a self-motivated personExperience working on Salesforce and MS Excel / PowerPoint is a must.Benefits :
