Job descriptionTailor training content to fit individual learner needs and goals. Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve our programs. Track learner progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback. Report on performance and suggest further training if needed. Act as a mentor, providing support and encouragement to learners. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters positive learning experiences. Keep up with the latest trends in soft skills training and development techniques. Share knowledge and best practices with the Kapable team. We’re not focused on formal educational qualifications; Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Proficiency in using virtual training tools and platforms. Strong organizational and time management skills. Empathy and emotional intelligence
