Responsibilities :

Demand Planning Processes

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve demand planning processes and policies in alignment with business requirements.
• Design and implement consensus planning processes with input from the sales team to ensure alignment on forecasts.

Forecasting & Tools

Stakeholder Work closely with supply planning, sales & marketing, and zonal planners to improve forecast accuracy and operational alignment.

Continuous Analyze forecast performance, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.

Desired Skills & Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and statistical modeling.
