Product Cost Planning & Actual Costing :

o Configure and manage cost estimates, cost components, and cost object hierarchies.

o Implement costing variants and valuation strategies for materials and production orders.

o Support actual costing and settlement processes using Material Ledger.

• Cost Flow Design :

o Design and configure cost flows across manufacturing, procurement, and finance.

o Integrate costing with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, SD) for end-to-end process integrity.

o Implement and support CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) and Margin Analysis.

o Enable reporting on product margins, cost variances, and profitability drivers.

o Activate and configure Material Ledger for actual costing and multi-currency valuation.

o Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reconciliation with financial accounting.

o Lead unit, integration, and UAT testing cycles.

o Validate master and transactional data related to costing (e.G., cost centers, activity types).

o Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements.

o Prepare functional specifications, training materials, and process documentation.
