Job Description – Modular Furniture Line Manager

Position : Line Manager – Modular Furniture (Factory)

Reports to : General Manager

Location - Nehroli, Mumbai

Department : Production (Board / Modular Furniture – Office Furniture dominant)

Compensation : ₹1.2 lakhs per month

Working Hours : 8 AM – 6 PM

🎯 Role Mission

Own end‑to‑end delivery of the modular furniture line—from design validation and DFM to first‑article approval, mass production, quality control, on‑time dispatch, and snag closure—with tight daily reporting and zero‑surprise execution.

🛠️ Scope of Control

• Processes : Beam saw → Edge banding → Drilling / Routing → Hot / Cold Press → Subassembly → Final assembly → Packing → QC → Dispatch
• Products : Workstations, desks, storage, partitions, meeting tables, pedestals, office panels
• Teams : Line supervisors, operators, helpers, in‑process QC, packers (all shifts)

📌 Key Responsibilities

85% uptime and takt adherence.

✅ Must‑Have Skills & Experience

OEE / OLE, yield improvement
