Infrastructure Developer – Quant & Systematic Trading

We’re partnering with leading proprietary trading and quantitative investment firms operating across global markets to identify exceptional Infrastructure Developers to build and optimize low-latency, high-performance trading systems.

About the Role

The position sits within the core trading technology stack—building and maintaining infrastructure that powers live trading, market data capture, and research pipelines for both high-frequency and mid-frequency strategies . You’ll work alongside experienced traders, quantitative researchers, and software engineers to ensure systems are robust, scalable, and optimized for performance across diverse markets and asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain distributed, low-latency infrastructure supporting real-time trading, data processing, and analytics.

Collaborate with trading and research teams to optimize performance, throughput, and reliability.

Manage exchange connectivity, market data feeds, and order execution infrastructure.

Develop tools for monitoring, latency tracking, and operational resilience.

Drive continuous improvements in system performance, architecture, and automation.

Technical Environment

C++ (modern standards), Python, Linux, multi-threaded systems, networking (TCP / UDP), kernel tuning, lock-free programming, Docker / Kubernetes, and distributed storage / compute frameworks.

Markets & Asset Classes

Exposure to global markets across :

Equities (US, APAC, European exchanges)

Futures & Options (CME, Eurex, SGX, NSE)

FX & Fixed Income (spot, forwards, rates)

Digital Assets / Crypto (spot, perpetuals, derivatives)

Ideal Background

3–10 years’ experience building infrastructure for low-latency or real-time systems.

Proven record of performance tuning, concurrency management, and distributed architecture design.

Prior experience in trading, exchange, or large-scale data systems is highly valued.

Strong problem-solving ability and comfort in high-ownership, fast-paced environments.

Location

Open roles across India, Singapore, Dubai, London, and New York (hybrid / onsite).
