Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter with expertise in end-to-end hiring processes to support our talent acquisition needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and closing top talent across various roles within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports in the ATS.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or corporate), preferably in contract or project-based roles.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within deadlines.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.Understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices.
