About the Role

Ensure smooth material flow from receipt to line supply, optimize inventory accuracy, drive safety & 5S compliance, and support production without delays.

Responsibilities

Receipt Operation

Planned and executed daily unloading schedule for inbound materials.

Performed goods receipt entry (GRN) for all production materials without delay.

Maintained 5S and safety compliance across receipt operations.

Reported non-conformance, transit / container damages, and packing deviations immediately.

Completed daily invoice document scanning and archival.

Conducted spot-check and live inventory activities for accuracy.

Ensured proper binning and correct location assignment for materials.

Coordinated QM inspection clearance for quality-hold items.

Managed OUT pass issuance for returnable materials.

Monitored MHE maintenance for uninterrupted operations.

Line Supply Operation

Monitored daily production plan in SAP and verified BOM vs. production orders (variant changeover materials).

Performed MATREQ in SAP for timely material supply.

Ensured KANBAN-based material flow and replenishment to picking area.

Followed up and closed ECO change requirements.

Ensured FIFO compliance across all materials.

Conducted FG checklist follow-up & weekly washing machine tallying with LO team.

Handled refurbishment & NPM materials, sample material booking, test train orders, and random consumption checks.

Prepared KANBAN cards based on line takt time.

Oversaw MHE maintenance and one-shift document archiving.

Waste Management Operation

Maintained scrap yard operations as per standards ensuring safe stacking.

Led shopfloor waste clearance and high-rack storage discipline.

Displayed safety, attendance, and 5S board compliance.

Ensured scrap disposal accuracy by weighing and monitoring.

Managed daily line rejection booking in SAP with approvals and QM rejection report update.

Handled reuse & NC materials, blocking / unblocking activities, and document archiving.

Raised Purchase Requisitions (PR) based on requirements and closed vendor payment topics.
