You will be a key player in the Retention Team, focused on managing and nurturing clients of the Eternity Product. Your mission : engage clients, drive satisfaction, and create opportunities for growth, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Things you are already good at :

• Managing client relationships to ensure long-term engagement
• Driving retention strategies and understanding client needs
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client queries efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records and providing actionable feedback
• Bringing sales experience and a consultative approach to client engagement.

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 1-2 years in sales, preferably from EdTech

Compensation : - upto 7 LPA + unlimited incentives
