Job Summary :

We are hiring for Purchase Executive / Sr. Executive roles in a reputed manufacturing / project-based company. Candidates with 26 years of experience are preferred, but BE Mechanical freshers with strong interest in procurement may also be considered for entry-level roles.

Key Responsibilities (for experienced candidates) :

• Handle end-to-end procurement from PR to PO to delivery.
• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate prices and terms.
• Coordinate with departments for procurement planning.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain stock levels.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and related documentation.
• Use SAP / ERP for PO generation and tracking.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
