As a Purchase Executive, you will play a vital role in managing procurement processes and ensuring efficient purchase order processing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in procurement and purchasing processes, with demonstrated experience in managing purchase orders (Mandatory skill).
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM for effective materials management and procurement processing (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to manage vendors effectively, including assessing performance and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Strong negotiation skills for securing favorable terms with suppliers and vendors to meet organizational goals.
- Expertise in cost analysis to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the procurement process.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute all activities related to the procurement of goods and services necessary for the daily operation of the organization.Liaise with suppliers and negotiate terms of contracts and maintain vendor relationships to ensure stability and compliance.Develop, maintain, and review purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs and fulfill them promptly and efficiently.Maintain accurate records by updating inventory and procurement documentation in accordance with company policies.Resolve supply chain challenges and issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.Review and analyze purchasing department budgets and take appropriate steps to manage costs effectively.
