Job Location : Pune Plant – Lonikand (Near Wagholi) Company Overview Forms+Surfaces designs and manufactures architectural products used in public spaces around the world.

Scope and responsibilities : Material planning & ordering for raw materials and consumables required for plant production Monitoring shortages, consumption levels on regular basis to ensure on time availability of material Releasing Purchase orders in the system New vendor development for raw material & consumables Floating enquiries, preparing techno commercial comparison for new items / services / Capex ordering Handling imports shipments, ensuring proper paperwork from supplier & co-ordination with custom Handling Clearing agent / Forwarder Arranging quality material in time against Purchase Requisitions issued for various departments Ensuring material receipts in system & submission of Invoices to accounts departments in time Material reconciliation for outsourced activities Taking care of compliance related issues with supplier like ensuring GST return filling in time Calculating delivery rating, quality rating of supplier.

Preparing MIS report for sourcing.

Required qualification, skills and experiences : Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
