Human Resource Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement while working in a dynamic and professional environment.

• Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination).
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Assist in drafting HR communications, letters, and reports.
• Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and policy implementation.
• Coordinate with employees and managers for HR-related queries.
• Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR processes.
• Practical exposure to various HR functions.
• Opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals.
