Role Overview
Age Well is looking for a proactive and well-organized Administration Staff member to manage front-office coordination, documentation, vendor interactions, and daily administrative support across the team and the wellness centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front office tasks including calls, emails, guest coordination, and scheduling.
- Maintain administrative records, documentation, and inventory logs.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support teams.
- Assist leadership with office operations and basic HR support tasks.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre and office.
Qualifications & Requirements
