The IT System Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organizations IT infrastructure across all locations. This role will handle escalated technical issues, administer servers and network devices, manage security tools, and ensure seamless operation of IT services within defined SLA timelines.

Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Ticket Management
- Take ownership of tickets escalated by L1 support and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure all ITSM tickets are addressed and resolved within SLA, including timely updates to users.
- Server & Infrastructure Management
- Configure, manage, and maintain VMware environments, Thin Clients, Virtual Machines (VMs), and physical servers.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Manage and maintain IPBX phone systems at the Head Office.
- Monitor, manage, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems at the Head Office.
- User & Access Management
- Perform user account administration in Active Directory, including account creation, modification, and deactivation.
- Administer user accounts and licenses through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including password resets.
- Coordinate setup, configuration, and management of VPN access; maintain accurate user lists across all locations.
- Security & Compliance
- Configure, monitor, and manage firewall systems, access control rules, and security policies across all sites.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain endpoint protection tools such as Seqrite and CrowdStrike.
- Ensure data integrity and readiness through management of NAS backup systems.
- Billing, Documentation & Systems Support
- Process, verify, and document all types of IT billing to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including indents for IT services using SAP.

Graduation with Computer Science + CCNA, CCNP & MCSCExperience : Between 3- 6 YearsJob Location : Taratala ( Corporate Office)Immediate and early joiners are preferred.Required Skills
