Job descriptionCoordinate with creative, digital, print, and PR agencies for marketing deliverables. Handle vendor onboarding, negotiations, timelines and quality control. Ensure seamless execution of marketing collaterals and deliverables. Plan and execute exhibitions, property launches, channel partner meets, and customer events. Assist in managing event budgets, branding, logistics, and post-event reports. Knowledge of Google ads, CPC campaigns and social media ads Planning and executing Google ad campaigns Connecting account to analytics Tracking lead calls, tracking conversions, Searching for effective keywords, Bidding on keywords Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. Knowledge of SEO understanding. Dealing with website team for SEO optimization Collaborate with internal teams for brochures, project presentations, videos & digital creatives. Maintain brand consistency across offline and online platforms. Create high-impact presentations for management, investors, and channel partners. Strong project management and multitasking skills. Excellent communication Hands-on experience working with creative & digital agencies. Strong presentation skills (PPT proficiency required). Knowledge of real estate marketing trends, branding and buyer segments. Strong knowledge of 360-degree Digital Marketing activity Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business Administration, or related field.
