About the Role :

We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading global investment bank in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is eager to contribute to a world-class recruiting function.

This role will support locations across Asia, and we are looking for someone who can start at 7 : 00 a.m. IST. The role will be hybrid.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused environment
• Prepare candidates for interviewing with our clients by providing all logistics for the day of the interview
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with logistics and reporting
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking systems (ORC)
• Responsible for sending interview feedback requests in our applicant tracking system (ORC)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business teams
• Performs other related and ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
