Key Responsibilities Modular MEP Design and Engineering

• Design and develop integrated MEP systems for modular construction projects ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations and standards.
• Prepare detailed drawings schematics and technical documentation for prefabrication assembly and installation of modular building services.
• Create high-quality 3D MEP system designs in Revit / Fab CAD .
• Coordinate with structural and architectural teams ensuring smooth BIM integration accurate model exchanges and on-time delivery .
• Lead modular coordination and clash detection in Navisworks.
• Prepare HVAC shop drawings ventilation and chilled water layouts and perform duct & pipe sizing calculations .
• Design MEP modular frames and prepare cut sheets for modular fabrication .
