Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Associate Vice President (AVP) B2C Segment to lead strategy, growth, and end-to-end execution for our consumer-focused business division.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, experienced in scaling B2C products / services, driving revenue, and leading large cross-functional teams.
This role requires deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital growth levers, sales channels, customer lifecycle management, and P&L ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the B2C vertical, aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, market expansions, and product innovations.
- Develop short-term and long-term business strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Oversee execution of GTM plans, positioning, and brand strategy for consumer segments.
- Own end-to-end P&L for the B2C segment.
- Monitor revenue performance, pricing strategy, cost optimization, and unit economics.
- Drive consistent growth through efficient funnel conversion and customer engagement.
- Lead digital and offline acquisition strategies using performance marketing, organic growth, and partnerships.
- Drive user acquisition, retention, churn reduction, and customer lifetime value (CLTV) improvement.
- Optimize consumer funnels including onboarding, engagement, conversion, and reactivation.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to build data-driven growth campaigns.
- Define and enhance customer journey, experience, and satisfaction metrics.
- Establish strong VOC (Voice of Customer) frameworks for continuous improvement.
- Oversee customer support excellence and escalate improvements in processes and SLAs.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver scalable consumer-facing solutions.
- Provide insights into product features, UX, personalisation, and customer workflows.
- Champion innovation through new services, digital channels, and automation.
- Lead, coach, and mentor high-performing teams across sales, marketing, support, BI / analytics, and operations.
- Drive collaborative execution across departments to meet B2C business goals.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance excellence.
- Run deep analysis of consumer behavior, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Own KPIs such as acquisition cost (CAC), retention rate, NPS, revenue / active users, and conversion rates.
- Use analytics tools to generate insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
Required Skills & Competencie
Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact B2C strategies.Strong leadership experience managing large teams (30+ across functions).Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Deep understanding of B2C business models, customer psychology, and digital ecosystems.Experience with subscription services, marketplaces, ecommerce, consumer apps, or D2C businesses.Technical & Analytical Skills
