Job Overview :

We are seeking an L1 DevOps professional responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health, performance, and availability of servers and RDS instances during the night shift, ensuring timely incident response and smooth operations.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Server & RDS Monitoring

• Monitor CPU, Memory, Disk, Network utilization for Linux / Windows servers.
• Track RDS metrics : CPU utilization, Connections, IOPS, Free Storage, Latency, Deadlocks, Query performance.
• Check CloudWatch dashboards / alarms or any monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana, Zabbix, Nagios.
