Quantity Surveyor

Qualification : - BE / B-Tech - Mechanical Engineering

Experience : 5 Years experience in the corresponding field.

Roles & Responsibility : -

• Conduct validation surveys as required to verify the progress of reported quantities installed
• Accumulates and compiles accurate quantity installation data
• Participates in weekly project cost reviews / schedule meetings
• Identifies trends and deviations and recommends corrective courses of action with regard to quantity budgets vs. installed
• Maintains the established project quantity management program and prepares appropriate reports
• Provides meaningful, accurate historical data
• Takes responsibility for self-checking the accuracy of his / her work and that of subordinates, if applicable
